Orders are shipped every Friday.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped the following Friday.

Shipping within the EU
RCL currently ships only within the European Union. This choice supports our commitment to more sustainable shipping by reducing long-distance transport and minimizing environmental impact.

Origin of Shipment
Bags are shipped from my studio in Amsterdam (via PostNL) or Lisbon (via CTT Portugal), depending on where the item is made and located.

Delivery and Tracking
- All orders include a Track & Trace code.
- Delivery usually takes around 5 business days after shipment.
- Please note that made-to-order items may take a bit longer to process.
- During busy periods such as holidays or sales, processing and delivery times may be extended.

Customs and Duties
RCL is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees. Please make sure you are aware of your local import regulations before placing an order.
